We offer the Website, together with all information, tools, products, and services available on it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all of these Terms. By browsing, using, or placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 16 OR IF YOU TIMELY OPT OUT. You agree not to use the Website, products, or services in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. 4. PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

You agree that any product you purchase through the Website will be for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, modify, or export the products you purchase. Resale outside of authorized channels may materially alter the product and affect its safety, its efficacy, or our ability to honor warranties. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers.

5. NO VETERINARY ADVICE AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The content of the Website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified veterinarian. PawCore is a wearable pendant formulated with natural essential oils (citronella, cedarwood, lemongrass, mint, geranium, and rosemary) intended to help repel insects from your pet's environment. It is not a medication or a veterinary product intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The statements made on the Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or the Environmental Protection Agency. Consult your veterinarian before using the product, especially for pregnant or nursing animals, puppies, or pets with pre-existing conditions.

We strive to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, prices, promotions, costs, or shipping times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to modify or cancel orders when information is inaccurate, even after you have submitted your order. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of the products accurately, but we do not guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.

We do not guarantee that your pet will achieve any particular result; results may vary based on factors unique to each animal, such as its age, health, and environment.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE AND PRICES

We reserve the right to modify or suspend access to the Website (or any part of it) at any time and without prior notice, without incurring any liability to you or to third parties. Certain products may be offered exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to our shipping and refund policies. All descriptions and prices may change at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.

7. PAYMENT

All charges are made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

By providing us with payment information, you represent and agree that: (i) you are fully authorized to use the card or account; (ii) the payment information is complete and accurate; (iii) you will be responsible for any associated fees; and (iv) you have sufficient funds to cover the amount due.

We and our payment service providers may request and receive updated card information from the issuer (for example, a new number or expiration date) and update your information accordingly. If you wish to opt out of this updating service, contact your issuer. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or issuer. If the issuer reverses a charge, we may bill you directly and seek payment by another method.

8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Electronic confirmation of your order does not constitute our acceptance of it. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order, for any reason. If we refuse your order, we will refund you to your original payment method. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from our refusal to provide a product or service. We may request additional information before processing an order.

9. SHIPPING

We ship to addresses located in the United States, Mexico, and other destinations available at the time of purchase. Delivery times vary by destination; see our Shipping Policy at https://thepawcore.com/policies/shipping-policy for additional conditions. It is essential that you provide a correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or not delivered due to incorrect information. If you discover an error in your order after submitting it, contact us immediately at ayuda@thepawcore.com; however, because we frequently ship the same day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order that has already been processed.

10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Because circumstances beyond our control may occur at your address, you agree that the delivery confirmation issued by the carrier constitutes sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature upon receipt.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. PawCore offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive the product. If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item, or if you are not satisfied within that period, see our Refund Policy at https://thepawcore.com/policies/refund-policy for information on how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

The following are non-refundable: (1) items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable"; (2) shipping costs; (3) expedited shipping costs; (4) package loss coverage; (5) priority processing fees; and (6) gift cards or orders paid for with them.

Once we receive your return, processing the refund generally takes up to ten (10) business days. After the refund is issued, it may take up to ten (10) additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA

This section applies to anyone who interacts with our presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, X, or other platforms). These platforms are not controlled by us and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The opinions expressed by users on social media are their own and do not reflect ours, and we have no obligation to monitor or remove comments. If you find offensive content, report it to the applicable platform.

13. AFFILIATE RESTRICTION

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or using our trademarks, trade names, or any variations or misspellings thereof (including, without limitation, "PawCore") as keywords on any paid advertising platform (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media, or similar channels). This restriction also applies to the use of branded terms in ad copy, display URLs, or landing pages in a manner that may create confusion as to the source of the advertisement. Any violation may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program, forfeiture of commissions, and any applicable legal action.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT THE WEBSITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PawCore AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRODUCTS, OR THE USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, WE ARE FOUND LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE LIMITED TO USD $500.00. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY; IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WITH PawCore ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, PawCore's advertising or marketing practices, or its products or services, will be resolved through binding, final, and confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16. The arbitrator will have the exclusive authority to determine whether a dispute is arbitrable and will apply the substantive law of the State of Wyoming to the extent consistent with the FAA. The arbitrator may award all remedies available in an individual lawsuit, including compensatory, statutory, and punitive damages, as well as declaratory, injunctive, and equitable relief and attorneys' fees where available under applicable law. The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and PawCore, may not hear class or representative claims, and may not consolidate claims without our consent. If a court or arbitrator determines that any part of this arbitration agreement cannot be enforced as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that one) must be brought in court and the remaining claims will be resolved through arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that PawCore may bring claims in the state or federal courts of Wyoming to obtain injunctive or equitable relief arising from the actual or potential misappropriation or infringement of its intellectual property rights, and you consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Unless you timely opt out, you waive your right to: (a) have a court or jury resolve your dispute; (b) obtain pre-hearing information to the same extent as in court; (c) participate in a class action, whether as a representative, member, or party; (d) act as a private attorney general; and (e) join or consolidate your dispute with that of any other person. Other rights you would have in court may not be available in arbitration.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawCore, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees, from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, expense, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your breach of the representations or warranties in this Agreement; or (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

The Website may contain materials from or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for such materials or websites, or for any damage related to the purchase or use of goods or services obtained through them. Carefully review each third party's policies before engaging in any transaction. Complaints or claims regarding third-party products should be directed to the applicable third party.

19. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS

We appreciate your comments about our products and services. You agree that anything you submit or post—photographs, testimonials, ideas, reviews, comments, and suggestions (the "Submissions")—will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and that we will have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, adapt, and create derivative works from such Submissions by any means. You represent that your Submissions are truthful and do not infringe the rights of third parties, and you agree that we may use them, in whole or in part, together with the name of the person submitting them, in any form of advertising. Testimonials do not represent the experience that can generally be expected.

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT NOTICES

a. Notice of claimed infringement. If you believe that any material on the Website infringes your copyright, notify us at ayuda@thepawcore.com including: (i) a description of the protected work; (ii) a description and location of the allegedly infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature. We will investigate the notice and, where appropriate, remove or block the material.

b. Intellectual property rights. The content of the Website—text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, interfaces, software, data compilations, and other material (the "Content")—is owned by PawCore or authorized third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership right over the Content by accessing it. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, download, store, distribute, transmit, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Content, even free of charge.

c. Trademarks. The trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Website are registered or unregistered trademarks of PawCore. Nothing on the Website will be construed as a license to use them without our prior written consent.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You agree that we may communicate with you by electronic means and that such communications—as well as notices, disclosures, and agreements that we provide to you electronically—have the same validity and effect as if they were in writing and signed.

22. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms; any such attempt will be null and void. PawCore and its affiliates may transfer, without your consent or notice, their rights and obligations under these Terms in the event of a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

23. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other.

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

25. TERMINATION

In the event that we terminate this Agreement, Sections 2 through 5, 13 through 24, and 26, as well as the representations and obligations you have undertaken, will survive termination.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies posted on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and PawCore and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement. Any ambiguities in their interpretation will not be construed against the drafting party.
